Dr. Manish Kumar Sao a Senior Member of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Higher Education service since 1995.
He did his M.A. & M.Phil from Guru Ghasi Das University, Bilaspur ( C.G.) in the year of 1994 and 1995. He is NET Qualified in the year 1998. He is also Ph.D in Political Science 2003 and also he has done L.L.B. in 2010 From Guru Ghasi Das University Bilaspur (C.G). He has participated in many National & International Seminar Work shop & Symposiums. He has many research papers to his credit in bothNational and International Journals. He has also contributors in so many Seminars as expert resource person. He has been Member of Indian Political Science Association (IPSA).
