The Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA) at Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh ensures the quality, transparency, and continuous improvement of all Open and Distance Learning (ODL) Programmes. CIQA monitors academic standards, supports effective programme delivery, and ensures compliance with UGC-DEB regulations.

1. Develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
2. Monitor curriculum delivery, learner support services, LMS usage, and evaluation practices.
3. Prepare and submit quality reports, compliance documents, and recognition-related submissions to UGC-DEB.
4. Review Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-content, and digital learning resources.
5. Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders.
6. Conduct internal quality reviews, audits, and capacity-building programmes for faculty and staff.

CIQA strengthens PSSOU’s quality culture by promoting excellence, enhancing learner satisfaction, and ensuring that all ODL programmes meet national standards.
